Here is the output while giving the command:

root_at_hocwks # /etc/init.d/dmgtd stop
Daemon Management stopping. This may take a few minutes.

WARNING: the command - "ps -ef|grep CSCOpx" and
WARNING: terminate them if any processes are running.
root_at_hocwks # /etc/init.d/dmgtd start

/var/adm/CSCOpx/log/daemonsbac
kup.log
Daemon Management 3.6 starting. Log=(syslog) /var/adm/CSCOpx/log/dmgtd.log

After giving this command, i am unable to access cisco works through GUI.
