Bridging or PPPoFR ?

Hi,

In a FR Hub and spoke topology, the Hub is using a multipoint sub-if and
spokes are using point-2-point sub-if.

The task says, DO NOT put IP address on the Hub multipoint interface. Is
this hinting to use Bridging over FR (or) PPPoFR ?

I used Bridging and the solution used PPPoFR. How to decide which one to use
?
