That will have IPv6.

Do a little research :) I don't want to make it too easy. Hint: there is a
built-in hardware resource management to change mode of operation. Oh.. and
of course you need ADV IP Services, if it's pre 12.2.50, or IP Services if
it's 12.2.50
3550: uh... no IPv6
3640:
latest IOS
2800: Many IOSes, from SP services and up.
