IPExpert CCIE RS Audio Lecture on demand

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced any issues when trying to unzip the IPExpert CCIE
RS Audio Lecture on demand file. I recently purchased it from IPExpert,
but I get "method not supported" when unzipping the file. I thought the
first download must have been corrupted, but the second download is the
same.
I have emailed their support, but wondered if anyone has had the same issue.
