My apologies all. I accidentally loaded 12.3 on my backbone routers
instead of 12.4. Also, one or two of them needed RAM upgrades. I think
everything is working now.

Pretty sure with memory and IOS upgrades you can do everything in
blueprint
3.0 with that equipment.
