Making local username case sensitive

Hey team,

Does anyone have a working config for this? Here is what I have ... and it
does not seem to require a case sensitive username. A bummer this is not on
by default ...

aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default none
aaa authentication login telnetusers local-case
!
line vty 0 4
 privilege level 15
 login authentication telnetusers
