I didn't ask if you could read.you're on this list so I assumed you could.

Anyways, let's take the upcoming MPLS addition to v4.0. Think that should
be part of the investment protection?

 

I would say it should. It's an additional topic that fits under existing
products.

 

As a side note, take a look at the pricing on the troubleshooting. Based on
the quality of the v5 stuff I wouldn't mind paying a little more. The book
will probably be worth the price just to get another perspective from some
top people in the industry.

 

And if $150-200 is too much to continue and progress your ongoing education
in the Cisco arena (for something you declare as required), you may want to
look at other careers.

I can read. I think my assertion was that it shouldn't be considered a new
product. I think that as the lab changes the updates that are necessary to
train for the new portions of the lab should be included. They could have
easily included a troubleshooting section in lab book three for example, but
again that's just my opinion.

I haven't seen the recent marketing blast but if you understand their
investment protection concept you already know it's not covered. It's a new
product.

it's not covered, vol IV its a new brand product.

i just feel like a dumb now

maybe nextime i need a lawyer to help me understand the promotion hype
before i buy, so i won't get fooled again
