There is a different tack. Shipping products with walkthroughs. When I 
bought IPexpert the configs came but the proctor guide was an extra expense 
which I passed up.  That said,  I found researching the details of the 
solutions I didn't understand first time quite a useful exercise really. 
Then I got IWEB and my cup runneth over with the explanations that came with 
the price. I'm shooting for v4 now as there are no Brussels slots so I will 
be keeping an eye out on all Vendor offerings!
