What type of cable are you using? Back to back has to flip the transmit and recieve.

Hi All

I have 2 router with this config :

1-2821 with VWIC-2MFT-1/E1
2-7206 VXR with PA-MC-8TE1 +

Both routers have E1 module with RJ45 interfaces ( Not serial DCE/DTE )
cable.
The issue is i can not bring up the serial interface even controller E1 that
is directly connected from one router to another.

Please help .
