One issue about removing the encapsulation and re-entering it back is that
if the interface was configured with bunch of frame-relay map statements,
and you removed the encapsulation, it will also removes the frame-relay map
statements so if you are planning to do that, make sure you write down the
frame-relay map statements so you can reconfigure them back.
