Router#sh ip pim neigh
PIM Neighbor Table
Mode: B - Bidir Capable, DR - Designated Router, N - Default DR Priority,
      S - State Refresh Capable

So... N/DR means the default DR priority and that it is the designated
router. DR S means it is the designated router and also has state refresh
capability. The reason you see two DRs here is because you have multiple
different segments where a DR is possible -- One for each.
