Shouldn't one try to fix things through established channels prior to
thinking of litigation?
File a cert support case. I do agree that they shouldn't be talking on
the phone the whole time as that's very distracting.
However, it's been a policy for MANY years about the 18 months for first
attempt and 12 months between attempts for a total of three years on the
written. This is nothing new. So if you hadn't known about that, it
isn't Cisco's fault.
While the soundproof cubes may be a nice idea, it's not entirely
feasible to be completely soundproof without losing some
security/control. And what happens if the candidate is claustrophobic?
When's the next attempt?
