You can use url or mime to match the jpg images
Class Map match-all PICS
match protocol http url *.jpg //matches any url after the
hostname ending with .jpg extension
OR
Class Map match-all PICS
match protocol http mime image/jpeg //matches
jpeg,jpg,jpe,jfif,pjpeg, and pjp types
