You need an active LAS (Lunch Application Support) or LASU (Lunch
Application Support w/Upgrades) contract in place. This is on top of
the SMARTnet contract on the underlying crockery.

Without this, the TAC (LAC?) won't even talk to you. Sure, they might
RMA a broken plate, but it's not like the old days.
