Hmm...
Did you see the numbers... The USA lost a CCIE.... no gains.
The numbers are down and maybe they are close to what they should have been
for a while now.
It's just sad to see people who can configure and troubleshoot a lab
failing.
Maybe that is not everyone. But it is some.
The question is "How many is enough to force a change?"
