topology is as follows:

BB1---R1----FR p2p-----R2
                        | |
                        | |
                        | |
                        | |
                        |------R4

BB1 connected with ethernet interface to R1
R4 and R2 are connected with R1 (p2p FR link)

Ethernet link between R2 and R4 is irrelevant for this task. My questions it
is more related to how subnet and it mask is selected from the route table to
include in ACLs on R1 router.
