   Yes I am, but my CPU is at 52% and the RAM is using 4.46GB out of 8GB.

Are you using dynamips? If so how's the CPU look? I had some problems
with MPLS TE last week running dynaips at ~100% CPU. I stopped some
unused routers and brought the CPU down to 70% and MPLS TE started to
work fine.
