It was said that there would not be L2 troubleshooting in the actual
troubleshooting section, but there COULD be L2 troubleshooting in the
configuration portion.

Thank you for the free troubleshooting lab, it seems to be a real
brain-teaser :)
Just one question tough, since we have been told by Cisco that there will be
no switches in the troubleshooting section, don't you think its a better
idea to skip them in the future labs of the workbook? I also found some
tickets related to issues with switches, IMHO it would be better that the
troubleshooting tickets pertain to routers only
