OT: Can I request to my company that don't use my number?

Hi list,

Can I request to my company that don't use my number? if they didn't pay
training, bootcamps, books in brief nothing (only they gave me free days for
my attempt)
or my number automatically pass to my company since that I work in a Cisco
Partner.

Indeed I don't want that my company use my number... I didn't sign any
aggrement before is it possible?
