Be careful Joleen,
You may not want to endorse P4S on this study list.

That is kind of like saying you like one flavor of ice cream more than you
like another flavor without ever even tasting the other flavor.
I haven't read the new book from CCBootcamp but I read an older one and
thought it was alright; better than the 3rd edition from Cisco Press that I
read. Let me rephrase that, better in terms of preparing me for the exam,
but not better written. The Cisco Press book was actually better written
IMHO (flowed a lot better, less errors), but wasn't as useful a tool for
test prep. The CCBootcamp book along with P4S is a better combination to
pass the exam. I'm not saying I used P4S, just suggesting that it COULD be a
good way to go if you just need to pass the exam.

I doubt very much that you will find a person that has read both books, but
i know what the new Cisco Press book covers, my personal preference is still
the Cisco Press. Have you? and if so which one did you read first?

I would highly recommend the "CCIE Routing and Switching Exam Certification
Guide 4th Edition", it is one of the BEST out there for this purpose, it has
the new topics fully described with configuration examples. Its a Cisco
Press book sold in book stores.
