10 to 15 was what Maurilio originally stated in the Ask the Expert form. I can find the link and send it to you if you want. I agree 15 is harsh but I am just stating what was said by Cisco.

15 - eek! That would have been 8 minutes per ticket.

I have always taught 8 to 12 tickets, and I believe that to be accurate still.

Notice 8 to 12 is what I have always tried to convince my wife of as well.
