I have upgraded the switch to 12.2(52) - now it seems to be fixed. Before this version we had 12.2(50). I found a textfile where I stored the output, here it is:

The funny thing is that my question mark is interpreted as an interactive CLI help, Look:

Anyway let's try to terminate the message.

and the switch gets crazy and it will do some memory dumps, then
it will reboot :-)
