Copy tftp: flash: on a Cat 3560 just wont work!

I must be missing something basic here but it just wont work! Frustrated and
baffled I am left now thinking....hmmm

It starts to copy the file, but somewhere around 70% it just resets and
aborts. And yes, I have enough space on the flash to put the image.

Any clues from the gurus please?
