Sorry, as it turn out, I am confused as well.  This is just another lesson in RTFS, as I didn't find the SP OEQ on the INE site until someone pointed them out today.  I did use the INE  R&S OEQ for my SP lab attempt. :-) .  So basically, I used the wrong OEQ prep for my test but still passed.   Regardless, I think the prep questions were good and they were still relevant.
