If it were truly K-values, you wouldn't peer.  If you are up for a
minute then down, I'd check your timer values and make sure nothing is
wrong with those...
What do your debugs tell you?
Misinterpreted "goodbye" messages (IOS version specific) will show up
this way as well as a few other random misinterpreted errors.
