Lemme see, 4 sometimes subjective questions (depending on the proctor's
disposition that day or technical religious beliefs) that can trash your score
even if you get 100% on TS and Config. That is not a small part. Now if they
made it where you could skip it and still pass with 100s or even 90s in the
other sections, then I would agree with you.
Recently they had a very nice episode of Mythbusters where they made crap
shiny -- at the end, yes it is shiney but it is still crap and it stinks. I
think if the 360 had other merits going for it other than a free retake and
skipping OEQs we would not be seeing this amount of discontent.
