my second question was how to explain RSTP mechanism in more detail i mean
in bit lavel .
as 80.2.1D uses on tc and tca bits of bpdu type field where as RSTP uses all
8 bits .

if you can explain me or point me to any reference which explains how type
field is handled in RSTP . that would be great help.
