In the actual lab exam, you will find four 3560 switches in use so there should be no trunk links that have formed dynamically. As a result, you should not have to shut anything down or manipulate DTP for dynamically formed trunks.

With that said, when in doubt, a quick sh int trunk could not hurt as you are examining their trunk tasks.

It is worth pointing out in this thread that should you draw an exam where a bunch of Layer 2 configuration has been performed for you, I sure would not trust that it is all correct. Remember, the configuration section is (currently) the only place that Cisco can examine your Catalyst troubleshooting skills.
