VMWare Issue ... Where Exactly enter the Gateway Address

Hi,

 

I Hav a small question regarding the vmware setup

 

I installed CM-publisher, Subscriber and other servers in VMware. Its running perfect

 

How configure in local machine so i can access all these servers, where can configure the gateway so all my servers can ping and access to all
