This only a partial debug of what's going on.  All that is shown here
is that a call comes in and it is disconnected because it has the same
call ID.  You want to look at the same calling/called numbers as well
as the IP (H.323/SIP) debugs to go along with this.
Most likely your dial peers are not specific enough.  You've probably
got something like two dial peers with a destination-pattern of .T, or
maybe a variable length dial plan that isn't working as expected.   A
'show run | i destination-pattern' may help you figure out what the
router is trying to do from a call routing perspective.
