Hey Chris,
I have some 3750's lying around so I thought I would check and I'm seeing
the "macro name" command on mine
DS(config)#macro ?
global Enter global macro apply
name Name of the macro
Only differences are is that you are running IP services (122-53.SE2) while
I'm running IP Base (122-46.SE)
DS3(config)#do sh ver | i IOS|System image
Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASEK9-M), Version 12.2(46)SE,
RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
System image file is "flash:c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-46.SE.bin"
I went to the Cisco command lookup tool but didn't see 12.2-53 listed, only
12.2-50. I put the command in and found this
"Note Beginning with Cisco IOS Release 12.2(50)SE, the macro auto execute
command replaces the macro name command. Though not visible in the command
line, the macro name command is still active. The command will become
obsolete in a future Cisco IOS software release."
It's worth a try "macro auto execute" ??
