There's some disagreement about the "Technology" side (and I didn't ever
actually try it in my last lab attempt), but the Product side is definitely
all there. Config guide, command reference, feature guides, configuration
examples, you can access any of it.
You definitely do need to know WHERE to go, though, you're not going to have
time to go on a scavenger hunt through the documentation looking for a
solution. Note also that the search functionality is disabled (you can
search WITHIN a single page using the browser Ctrl-F feature, but you can't
search the entire doc site for a specific keyword).
