The router is correct!

Count the first 96 bits and summarize to a boundary (+2) 96+2 = fec0::/98

Ok, and here we go!

first 96 bits::0100_0011 | 0000_0XXX <== XXX = Host

first 96 bits::0101_0011 | 0000_0XXX <== XXX = Host
