Jason,
IMO if you are in enterprise networking area and plan to stay there, go for the Sec one. If you are (or want to move) into SP area, go for SP one.
Either way there is a catch. If you don't have a good real-life experience by the time you get your second cert, ppl may find it hard to believe you are expert level. Studies by it's own do not make folks experts, even after passing the lab. One has to have an experience to back it all up. Just my opinion though :-)
