Hi Masroor,

Other weirdo options could be:

1)Configure root guard on all the ports of the switch so that no one else
but you can be come root switch, however this will put ports in to
err-disabled state.

2)Configure BPDU filter on the ports, by which you don't receive/send BPDUs
and you still believe you are the Root Bridge. This will not result in
err-disabled ports.
