GS,

The draw on the routers and switches (2801's / 3725's / 2500's) is so minimal that adding a few to a power strip shouldn't cause any issues. My rack was on a metered PDU with PoE 3560's and didn't draw over 5 amps.

and being that it only has 8 ports, any downside to connecting a surge protector off one to get more port density? Even if the routers off that surge protector all go up or all go down, I think I can live with that, but I do have 16 devices... or just splurge and buy 2 of these?
