I resolved that way:
Stop Every Device in GNS3
Right click on the router and then click Configure then Memories and Disks
then increase the RAM size to 256 M and increase the PCMSI Disk0 to 256M.

(If you do NATing you will face the same issue.....)

have 6-Routers, 3-BB, 4-Switches and 3 process running.

% not enough space on flash to store vlan database. trying squeeze...
squeeze of flash complete
% not enough space on flash to store vlan database even after squeeze
Error on database apply 40: NV storage failure
Use 'abort' command to exit
