If you remove the affinity configuration does the tunnel come up? You have
the tunnel set to dynamic learning mode are you sure you have traffic
engineering and RSVP configured on the entire path? You haven't given much
detail about what steps you have taken to troubleshoot the issue. Are the
traffic engineering tunnels working from the opposite direction? A good
step to take is often to look at the basics, make sure they work, then add
the attribute control.

Subject: MPLS TE ( Affinity)

Hi Guys,

I have Configured the following configuration on Head end router. One of ths
interface configuration is also given.

interface Tunnel89
 ip unnumbered Loopback2
 tunnel destination 5.5.99.9
 tunnel mode mpls traffic-eng
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng priority 7 7
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng bandwidth sub-pool 5000
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng affinity 0x11 mask 0x11
 tunnel mpls traffic-eng path-option 1 dynamic

interface Ethernet3/0
 mpls traffic-eng attribute-flags 0x11

AS i know that Tunnel should pass over the link if

Tunnel Affinity = Link Affinity X Tunnel Mask

But My Tunnel is down. Please Tell me if i am doing some wrong
configuration.

Regards,
Gaurav
