SP date in Sydney on Beginning of Feb

Hi
I have an SP date on begining of Feb in Sydney and I would like to
switch with another SP date on march or begining of April due to
getting engaged. That will be a good chance for someone who wants to
have more than one chance b4 the expiry date of the old exam...
