OT - CCIE Lab Exam Policy

Hello Experts,

I just needed some clarification regarding the CCIE lab exam. I passed my
written in September 2008, gave my first lab attempt in June 2009 and
failed. My second lab attempt was in May 2010 (failed again :) )... now I am
confused a bit .. as per the policy from Cisco .. a person must give his
first lab attempt within 18 months and if he fails he must give another
attempt within a year .. I have done that as I gave my second attempt within
a year period. Now my written will be expiring this year in Sep .. so do I
have to make another attempt in May again or I have time till Sep 2011?.
Please advise.
