Hi Edwin,
I opted for my own physical lab so I haven't tried this. Others are
reporting success here --> http://21500.net/?p=666
Let me know how you go with it.
Cheers,
-Aaron.

Subject: Integrating Physical Switches with GNS3
Hello all...
First of all, please forgive me if this question has been asked and answered
in this forum numerous times. I have done the leg work, but I haven't been
able to find a satisfying solution...
I have just begun my R&S CCIE preparation and I am stuck at trying to
integrate physical switches with GNS3. I am using INE's VOL.1 Advanced R&S
Workbook and need to get this setup to work in order to complete the QOS and
also the Switching & Bridging section.
I know that there are mutliple ways to do it, but I am trying to figure out
how to make it work with just using the Ethernet (en0) nic on my Macbook Pro
and (5) 3550s (1 used for the Breakout Switch and the other 4 as network
devices). I have seen different articles that state that it can be done by
using a breakout switch to host vlans that connect to the virtual devices in
GNS3 by using QinQ, but I still haven't been able to find any detailed
instructions on how to make this work....
If anyone has setup physical switches with GNS3 (especially to use with
INE's Workbooks), *PLEASE* share your steps on how you made it work or
please point me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance!
Edwin
