Yo man, I think he wants you to write the magical code to complete this 
simple task. If he wanted knowledge he would have wasted the 00.26 seconds 
of a Google search. The following is an EEM countdown timer we only used it 
because it uses watchdog in the command and it simple. But there are plenty 
of ways to accomplish this. 
event manager applet SHUT_INTf0/0 
event timer watchdog time 86400 ---time is sec 24 hours = 86400 
action you cli command "no shut" --- action 
action suck cli command "int f0/0" -- int 
action at cli command "en" 
action networking cli command "conf t" 
Ps I found my IOS placed the commands in alphabetic order.
