Hey
so many gr8 ppl have already post to this, so only thing that comes to my mind
is the last stage `acceptance` (stage 5 ). So accept that you are tired and
take a rest and do something completely fun. now fun is a relative term. Be
hopeful with yourself and believe you can do it.
