Obviously, Marko can respond to the questions directed at him but basically:

1) Changing the bandwidth on an interface via the bandwidth command will not
change the speed of the link. Not sure if that is what you mean by the
"bandwidth" of the link. The bandwidth set on an interface generally
effects routing protocol calculations and QoS and in this case BGP unequal
cost load-balancing

2) For this feature to work, the weight, local-pref, as-path, origin, and
MED must already be equal

3) Correct on the maximum-paths command...there is also a maximum-paths
eibgp just to be obnoxious on Cisco's part : )
