When you peer using Confederation number do you actually exchange prefixes ?
I don't and have error message "DENIED due to: AS-PATH contains our own AS"
which can be fixed with "neighbor X allowas-in" on all routers inside
confederation. It starts to look messy.

Not sure why anyone would go this path... any ideas from Experts if this
kind of setup can be useful for anything ?
