You may want to look into the Asus Slate tablet pc: http://www.asus.com/Eee/Eee_Pad/Eee_Slate_EP121/

It's a regular windows laptop, but it's in a tablet pc form factor. It has a touch screen, but then also a wacom pen input, which is like a stylus. Since it runs full windows 7 you can do whatever you want with it.

There are definitely whiteboard apps available in the app store.

My comment was more along the lines of sharing that whiteboard through the
iPad webex client.

Anyone want to setup a webex meeting to test ?
