Always remember with things like this, it's the BOTTOM 5%'ish where cuts
happen. If you/your group are making your numbers and/or providing a
valuable service to the organization, then you are highly unlikely to
get cut.

If you're figuring out ways to better yourself for the group, make sure
everyone (mgr on up) knows about it.
