We run into the same thing. I'm looking at my third attempt in the
near future (October) but we're interviewing for Net Engineers in our
LA office. If they have any drive they can talk to the exam process,
etc. There are others that have taken the written and said, I'll get
to it... It's nice to hear on people that love the Cisco/Networking
world and the drive and yearn to learn.

I've also seen the flip side, arguing with a CCIE that I can't find a
mac address on an L2 switch.

We're all humans with or without the digits, just some people have
them and are "Ridiculously awesome".

I'm hoping to be there soon...
