PSTN Configuration

Hello,
I set up my voice lab and I am using the PSTN configuration provided by
Petr Lapukhov.
With the same configuration and topology setup my PSTN phone is
not coming up.
I am using a physical phone not a soft phone. My phone is
connected to a 3750 POE switch.
Do I need to create fake Voice and Data vlan
on the switch and then create dot1q on the router
to make it work? Their setup
doesn't mention anything about their phone connection.
The reason I said fake
vlans there are vlans for HQ, BR1 and BR2.
Can I use one of those if I need
to create a vlan or I don't need to? Any help with this ?
