VPLS support on 6500

I am trying to run VPLS on 6500 with VS-S720-10G-3C Supervisor with
IOS - SV33AEK9M-12233SXI

I am using WS-X6724-SFP for the customer-facing interfaces and
WS-X6708-10G-3C for the Core-facing Interface.

Please can someone confirm this will work? I am struggling to get this
to work int the current setup and not sure if this is a hardware
limitation ?

Any help will be much appreciated.
